Authorship Policies

Computational work typically includes conceptualization, design, analysis and interpretation of data and/or input into drafting, revising or writing manuscript sections. The expectation is that any analysis provided to investigators is subject to authorship inclusion of pertinent MBC staff as on resulting abstracts, publications, grants, or patents.

Our Genomics Research Platform (GRP) converges genomic analysis and data management software to provide extreme scale solutions for rapid and accurate interpretation of population scale datasets. We reserve the right to use the data for pipeline development and optimization, carry out and publish new and independent meta-analyses, once the primary data are published, and/or generate databases from data submitted to us.

Raw data sets submitted to us will be stored for 45 days once the analysis has been completed. We will maintain analyzed data for three years.

It is the responsibility of investigators to backup all their data. Raw Data will be retained for 45 days. Please contact Mr. Larry Harbin to discuss back up options.

Please contact us you have any questions.
