Research Interests:

Research in Dr. DuBois’ laboratory is focused on understanding the molecular, genetic, and cellular basis for colorectal cancer (CRC) premalignant adenomas, with an emphasis on how chronic inflammation and pro-inflammatory mediators contribute to the adenoma-to-carcinoma transition, CRC formation, progression, and metastasis. His research has led to many milestones and continues to hold promise for the development of more effective CRC prevention and treatment strategies.
