  • Advanced training opportunities in pediatric cardiac critical care, non-invasive imaging, heart failure/transplant, interventional cath, and electrophysiology

  • One of only 12 congenital heart centers in the nation ranked three stars by the Society of Thoracic surgeons – their highest ranking (out of 119 programs)
  • Core member of the NIH/NHLBI Pediatric Heart Network since its inception in 2001.
  • Adult Congenital Heart Disease Accreditation
  • 29 beds (14 bed cardiac intensive care unit, 3 flex beds, 12 stepdown unit beds)
  • 13,000 outpatient visits per year, > 400 surgeries, > 600 catheterizations, > 10,000 echocardiograms
  • State of the art Children’s Hospital opened in February 2020
  • Track record of successful mentoring of academic pediatric cardiologists
  • Structured didactic conferences, scholarly activity, and professional development opportunities
