The Alleviant System is under investigational use only and not available for commercial distribution in the United States or any other market.

The Alleviant System was granted FDA Breakthrough Device designation in 2020 and is currently the subject of the ALLAY-HF trial, a randomized, sham-controlled pivotal trial to evaluate the Alleviant System in patients with symptomatic heart failure.
