In what ways does your career affect your personal life?

“As a physician, I have always felt it important to practice what I preach. And that means not only educating my patients on what it means to have a healthy lifestyle but also letting that advice spill over into the choices I make in my own life by prioritizing healthy meals, exercising regularly, in addition to seeking joyful experiences and healthy connections.”
