Minority Association of Premedical Students (MAPS) Conference

Saturday, March 23
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Undergraduate pre-medical students are invited to a conference providing information on the medical school application process and life as a medical student and physician. Attendees are given the opportunity to meet faculty and staff from the College of Medicine Dean's Office, network with MUSC attending physicians and resident physicians in various specialties, meet current MUSC medical students, and participate in a vital signs and ultrasound workshop. Speakers present invaluable information regarding admissions, diversity, wellness, and interview preparation. There are also panels and talks composed of current medical students and physicians to discuss their journeys in medicine.
