The Administrative & Mentoring Core provides the leadership, mentoring, program structure, and resources that power the success of the Center for Biomedical Research Excellence in Digestive & Liver Disease. It ensures that investigators are equipped to conduct high-quality research, secure funding, and build sustainable careers.
As the operational and strategic hub of the center, this core coordinates all center activities and ensures alignment with institutional priorities.

Leadership & Governance
Director:
Stephen A. Duncan, D.Phil.
Executive leadership includes the director, associate director, and executive committee. Advisory structure includes an internal advisory committee and an external advisory board providing oversight, evaluation, and strategic guidance.
