Sports Medicine Fellowship Application Process

Applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS)

Completed applications must include the following:

• 3 letters of recommendation
• Current photograph
• United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) transcripts

Applications for the upcoming academic year are accepted through September. Applicants in all fields are welcome to apply.

At this time, our program is unable to sponsor visas.
