Continuing Education Accreditation
Thank you for your interest in offering Continuing Education (CE) credit for your program. The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is located in the Charleston Tri-County area. We are pleased to announce we can facilitate local and national CE accreditation for psychologists, psychiatrists, medical professionals, social workers, licensed professional counselors (LPCs), nurses, judges, attorneys, and legal professionals. Licensure of Professional Counselors (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist and Psycho-Educational Specialists (LLR), South Carolina Nursing Association (SCNA), & SC Bar Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Accreditation
If you are interested in offering other accreditation such as Licensure of Professional Counselors (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist and Psycho-Educational Specialists (LLR), South Carolina Nursing Association (SCNA), or SC Bar Continuing Legal Education (CLE) CE credit, please direct all inquiries to psych-events@musc.edu .
The Medical University of South Carolina’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Office of Continuing Education is approved by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Board of Examiners for Licensure of Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapists and Psycho-Educational to sponsor continuing education trainings related to counseling/mft/school psychology. The Medical University of South Carolina’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences OCE maintains the responsibility for this program and its content.
