Post-Baccalaureate Reapplication Education Program (PREP)

Dr. Hood Watson speaking to a group of students.

PREP engages promising URiM, rural and disadvantaged students in post-baccalaureate courses to prepare them for medical school. At the recommendation of the Admissions Committee, students are invited to apply for the program. Students who successfully maintain a B average in courses are admitted to the College of Medicine. Two to three students participate in this program each year.
