Cumulative Credit Report

How to view transcript:

1. Login into your Cloud-CME portal:  https://musc.cloud-cme.com/

2. Go to the yellow "My CME" tab at the top of the page

3. Select "Transcript"

4. Enter the start date and end date needed for the transcript
