CMETracker is the online learning management system that the MUSC Office of Continuing Medical Education uses to store and record CME activities. 

CME Portal

To access or create your CME Portal, go to the following link: MUSC CME PORTAL

Sign in to your account by selecting the "Sign In" Button

MUSC Employees, Faculty and Staff

Select the MUSC NetID Login and then "Sign In"

  1. Enter your MUSC NetID and Password
  2. If you have a profile in the system, it will come up for you to verify &/or update
  3. If you do not have a profile in the system, it will prompt you to create one.  

Non-MUSC Employees, Faculty and Staff

Select the Non-MUSC Option to login

For those that have an existing profile in our system:

  1. Enter your email address and then “Forgot Password”
  2. You will be sent an email with a code, Enter & re-enter this code and then “submit”
  3. Reset your password and “submit”
  4. Once your password has been reset, you will login with your email address and new password

For those that do not have an existing profile in our system:

  1. Enter your email address and create account
  2. Verify you don't have an existing account by adding your last name and the last 4 digits of your SSN. 
  3. When "Account Not Found" comes up, select "continue" and create your profile

CME Profile

RSS Attendance Confirmation/Credit

Option 1: CME Portal

To record your attendance for a RSS (regularly scheduled series) through your CME Portal:

  1. Go to your CME Portal:  MUSC CME PORTAL
  2. Sign In 
  3. Select the RSS Attendance Confirmation/Credit purple icon
  4. Enter the activity code that you received at the RSS activity

Note: The activity code is valid for 7 days following the activity.  

Option 2: Texting (833-558-2111)

To record your attendance for a RSS (regularly scheduled series) through the texting feature:

  1. To set up the texting feature on your phone, text your email address to 833-558-2111 to confirm your account.  (You only need to do this the first time). You will receive an text message back that your account was successfully updated. 
  2. When using the texting feature, the word "Attend" must be included in the text message.  If the activity code is 2356446, you would text Attend 2356446 to record your attendance for this activity.

Disclosure

Per the ACCME's Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education any planner, faculty, or others who may control educational content must complete a disclosure.  The disclosure should include all financial relationships, regardless of the potential relevance of each relationship to the education, that you have had in the past 24 months with ineligible companies.  An ineligible company is any entity whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients

To complete the online full disclosure form:

  1. Login into the CME Portal (you will need to create a profile if you do not already have one) MUSC CME PORTAL
  2. Go to the gray Disclosure Icon
  3. Select "Create/Revise Disclosure"
