MedHub Support

Online Support

You can now submit a help request directly to MedHub by doing the following:

• Login to MedHub via http://musc.medhub.com with your NetID and password.
• Click on the "Help" tab. On the help page you can search the Knowledge Base articles, view FAQ as well as click the "Support Tickets" tab.
• On the "Support Tickets" tab, select MedHub Support. Fill out the 'Message' box with your issue and click 'Send Message'. MedHub will reach out to you when the issue is resolved or if they need any other information.
