Resident Pay for Performance Incentive

Since 2014 the hospital has funded a quality improvement incentive project as a means of increasing QI work and incentivizing resident participation.  Each year, residency programs can enroll in this program.  If they meet the specific requirements of the program, each resident receives an incentive.
