- Base Salary (AY26-27):
- PGY-1: $65,614
- PGY-2: $67,118
- PGY-3: $69,172
- PGY-4: $71,757
- Residents are now eligible for a hospital Performance Bonus of up to an additional 4% of salary.

- Coverage for spouse and family is available as well
- CA1-3 years: $400 education resource allowance per year
- USMLE Step 3/COMLEX 3 fee paid by department
- CA1-3 years: $1500 Travel allowance to a major conference
- Yearly SC medical license paid by department
- ASA dues, ACLS, PALS, and In-Training exams are paid by the department
- Parking garage monthly dues are paid by the department
- Anesthesia Toolbox annual membership
