Ninety-five percent of the rotations are located on campus and/or in Charleston. The only exception is a department supported two-week, out-of-state rotation, where the residents can further enhance their exposure to family planning training.

Major Referral Center with a Level I Trauma and Burn Center and the only Level IV NICU in the state. The only NCI designated cancer center in the state. - Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital & Pearl Tourville Women's Pavilion opened in February 2020. Labor and Delivery, AP, Post Postpartum are housed at the new facility.
