Children's Care Network

Partner with clinicians, educators, and researchers to expand culturally aware, comprehensive pediatric care and improve child health, wellness, and outcomes across communities.

The Medical Home Division provides direct access to pediatric care for traditionally underserved populations with an emphasis on culturally competent, comprehensive, family-centered care. We serve children and adolescents from birth through 18 years of age. We diagnose and treat acute or chronic illness; we provide routine health supervision, developmental screening, anticipatory guidance, and preventative care. Our goal is the optimization of health and wellness for children and families. We promote best practice for pediatric care in accordance with recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
