How to Apply

AAMC timeline for new fellows who will begin training in July 2026

We participate in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) Fellowships process. If you are offered an interview, you will be contacted via email to schedule your interview online utilizing the Thalamus scheduling system. Applications are reviewed from a holistic approach. Register with National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) using our program code: 1680325F0

Documents that must be submitted through ERAS include:

  1. Medical School Transcript
  2. Three letters of recommendation
  3. Pediatric Cardiology Evaluation Form (posted on ERAS website)
  4. A photograph
  5. Curriculum vitae
  6. Personal statement
  7. USMLE transcript
  8. ECFMG status report (if applicable)
  9. COMLEX transcript (if applicable)
