MUSC FLEX Research Elective

The DART Program offers FLEX Research Elective for medical students at MUSC.

Select students will be matched with a mentor who will work closely with and guide the student through a research project. Students will gain experience collecting data, running analyses, scientific writing and training through weekly didactic seminars and journal club meetings alongside other DART trainees.

This program is open only to MUSC College of Medicine FLEX Students. The deadline for 2026 DART FLEX Program applications is Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Selection Notices will be emailed Monday, September 1, 2025.
