MUSC Senior Expo 2026

All seniors, families, caregivers and service providers are invited to attend this free event to learn about some outstanding resources available in the Lowcountry.

The MUSC Center for Healthy Aging Senior Expo is the perfect opportunity for Seniors and their Caregivers to navigate the complex world of Senior Care in Charleston and for your organization to share the benefits of your products and services with hundreds of seniors.

Now in our 6th year, our 800+ attendees have come from all over the tri-county area and beyond. Charleston Seniors and their caregivers have explored our tips for healthy aging and found many resources available to them such as special Library services at the College of Charleston, volunteer opportunities with Let’s Walk, and many more!

Attendees get help navigating the many choices of facilities: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Hospice, Home Care. Health Insurance, Medicare, hearing, and mobility assistance questions are addressed.

Advice on financial planning, wills and trusts, and veterans benefits can also be found.

Many local providers including MUSC physicians, researchers will be on-site to offer complimentary health screenings, including fall risk assessments, blood pressure, and glucose.

The MUSC Healthy Aging Expo will also feature live, interactive demonstrations throughout the day like chair yoga, Qigong, dancing and cooking. MUSC PT and OT students will be available throughout the day to help attendees maximize their visit!

Admission and parking are free and there will be parking lot shuttles.

Exhibitor Package Options

You can participate as a Basic Exhibitor or as a Sponsor Exhibitor.

Basic Exhibitor

Exhibitor (Basic) - $250
Non-profit/MUSC Exhibitor (Basic) - $95

All Basic Exhibitor registrations include:

  • Pipe and Drape booth:
    • Basic (10x10) with one 6' table and 2 chairs
    • Double(10x20) with 2 tables and 4 chairs
  • All linens are included
  • Industry networking at free networking breakfast from 8 to 9 a.m.
  • Company listing in expo program

Sponsor Packages

Please consider participating as a sponsor. Your support will help us bring the MUSC Healthy Aging Senior Expo to continue highlighting the name of your company or service. As a sponsor, your company logo will appear on the cover of the expo program in addition to Basic Exhibitor features.

Gold sponsorship - $950
Silver sponsorship - $650

Gold sponsorship includes a double booth (10x20) with 2 tables, 4 chairs, and a prime location on an end-cap.
Silver sponsorship includes a double booth (10x20) with 2 tables and 4 chairs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some common questions you may have.

Set up is on March 31 any time between 12 noon and 6 p.m. Your booth must be ready by 8:30 a.m. on April 1. Exhibitor entrance opens at 6:30 a.m.

Each booth is 10 feet x 10 feet, is individually skirted; we provide a 6’ table (skirted and covered) with 2 chairs. Sponsors (Gold or Silver) have a double booth and get 2 tables and 4 chairs. The venue will collect the separate charge for wi-fi and for power on the day of the event.

Visitor admittance begins at 9 a.m. A networking breakfast will be served from 8 to 9 a.m. and coffee will be available for exhibitors until 11 a.m..

Parking is on site and free. Please follow the event parking signs. We kindly ask you to please be considerate of our senior attendees and leave parking spaces closer to the convention center open for them. We have plenty of volunteers to assist so that you can drop your materials off at the Loading dock and then go park.

Having you help us advertise this event is imperative to having the most reach of attendees as possible. You can assist us in doing this by sharing on your social medias, sending out personal invitations, and by word of mouth! Any action will have a great impact on attendance.

Soon! As we approach the expo, we are finalizing the logistics, including booth assignments and the schedule for the mainstage. Booths will be assigned by date of registration and level of sponsorship. You will receive an email once the map is complete.

Yes, door prizes are a great addition to the event. Seniors look forward to door prizes and they improve your visibility.

Yes, all exhibitors will have access to the free networking breakfast from 8 to 9 a.m. and coffee will be served until 11 a.m.. After 11 a.m. food will be available for purchase.
