Pediatrics Health Engagement Committee Goals and Initiatives

  • Establish population health and community engagement initiatives to improve health outcomes.
  • Ensure a respectful and supportive clinical environment for patients and families.
  • Increase sense of belonging for everyone in the pediatrics workforce.
  • Expand recruitment initiatives to ensure opportunity for all.
  • Implement a formal health outcomes and cultural awareness curriculum. 
  • Support effective mentorship for the pediatrics workforce.
