Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship

Welcome to the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina

It is our distinct honor to be able to work with and educate the next generation of physician leaders. We take our job seriously, but we have fun doing it! We hope the following information about our fellowship can help you get an idea if we are the right fit for you.

We are looking for motivated pediatric and emergency medicine residents who want to become experts in their field. All PEM fellows at MUSC can count on a rigorous clinical and research curriculum led by a supportive and collegial faculty. We are confident that you’ll be on a first name basis with all of us within the first two weeks.

We also take pride in tailoring your training with your future career in mind; graduates from our program have gone on to large academic centers, community hospitals, and everywhere in between. And did we mention that your training will take place at the nearly new (est. 2020) freestanding Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital in the beautiful coastal city of Charleston, South Carolina?

Throughout the application and interview process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us or our wonderful Program Coordinator, Caroline Ward. We would love to answer any questions you may have about our program.

Sincerely,

Olivia Titus, M.D.
