MUSC Children's Health and the Medical University of South Carolina are dedicated to training the next generation of Pediatric Imagers. Our residents and fellows receive top-notch training by some of today's leaders in pediatric imaging.
In partnership with MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital, the Medical University of South Carolina proudly offers educational opportunities in Pediatric Diagnostic Imaging including the following:
Medical Students
Third and fourth year medical student rotations and lectures as well as a fourth year elective course
Research
Dedicated clinical and basic scientists work diligently to advance medical knowledge in the imaging of children. Our division, in conjunction with faculty from the Center for Biomedical Imaging, are dedicated to improving the health of our children through advances in imaging technology and implementation. Our projects range from basic science to clinical applications with numerous ongoing projects.
