Everyone matters. Our experiences matter. It is a key ingredient to better decision-making among teams, leveraging a greater variety of perspectives. Our Voices will be a series of vignettes that will include personal thoughts from members of the Department of Surgery, with the hopes to help dispel negative stereotypes and personal biases about different groups.
