The Gynecologic and Obstetric Society (THEGOS) is our formal alumni association. Members include past faculty, past fellows, past residents, currently faculty and chief residents.
THEGOS was fathered by Dr. EJ Dennis to honor Dr. Lawrence L. Hester. The first organization meeting was held in 1966 at the Pine Lakes Country Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Members gather once a year for a scientific conference. The program positively benefits the camaraderie, education and professionalism of its members.
The 58th Annual THEGOS Meeting was hosted at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Thank you so much to all who attended!
