Why I chose MUSC: When I rotated at MUSC as a student, I recognized the camaraderie amongst the residents almost immediately. I knew I wanted to be a part of such a close-knit program. The faculty are all strong educators who are very involved in resident education. They also encourage residents to take ownership of our patients; this autonomy has helped me grow both professionally and personally. I know that when I graduate residency, I will be experienced in all aspects of Dermatology including medical/general derm, derm path, Peds, cosmetics, and surgery. I also know that I will have had a memorable 3 years with my fellow coworkers who I call friends, living in such an amazing city. I look forward to going to work every day and am so grateful that I matched at MUSC!
