To request a particular presentation slide set, please contact Phillip Hudson: hudsonph@musc.edu.

• Include the title of the presentation, date, and name of presenter
  • All topic offerings can be found on our Schedule Page.
• Include your first, last name, email, credentials, name of practice, and county of practice.

Request a copy of a didactic video presentation by emailing Phillip Hudson at hudsonph@musc.edu and providing the following information: 

• First and Last Name
• Credential
• Title or Role
• Practice/Organization Name
• County of Practice/Organization
