General Internal Medicine Fellowship Programs

The Division of General Internal Medicine is home to three premier training programs in health services and academic general internal medicine, palliative care, and geriatric medicine.

Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship

The MUSC Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Fellowship, led by Director Leigh Vaughan, M.D., is a one-year program that promotes excellence in HPM medicine. 

Geriatric Medicine Fellowship

The one-year Geriatric Medicine Fellowship program provides trainees with in-depth experiences that cover the full spectrum of patients, problems, and settings that geriatricians are likely to encounter across a variety of clinical settings.
