Graduate Program

The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology offers an interdisciplinary and collaborative research program for students seeking to explore exciting and challenging scientific questions. Our goal is to equip trainees with the knowledge and expertise they need to succeed in a wide range of highly competitive career opportunities. Specific areas of interest in the Department include cancer biology, cellular signaling, RNA and DNA metabolism, circadian rhythm, microbial pathogenesis and antibiotic resistance, drug discovery, and structural biology. Admissions
