Psychiatry Grand Rounds

Psychiatry Grand Rounds, attended by psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other allied professionals, is a weekly series focusing on a variety of topics relevant to psychiatric practice including psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, neuroscience, trauma, and spiritual care, healthcare systems, care of specific populations (including issues of multiculturalism and healthcare disparities), social justice, and more.

Given the complexity of psychiatric illnesses and ongoing new developments in psychiatric medicine and neuroscience, Grand Rounds is an excellent opportunity for mental health providers to learn about pertinent topics related to their fields of interest. Grand Rounds is also designed to facilitate discussion and collaboration among departmental faculty as well as outside speakers, by sharing ideas and exploring new research findings to stimulate future research.

This series is held on most Fridays from 12 to 1 p.m. EST. Please visit our Current Schedule page for dates and details. You may also visit our Previous Lectures page for limited on-demand offerings.
