The Medical University of South Carolina designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

A refund will be made upon written request prior to March 4, 2025; however, $25 will be retained for administrative costs. No refunds will be made after March 4, 2025. We reserve the right to cancel the program if necessary. Full registration fees will be refunded for canceled programs. By registering for this conference, you agree to this cancellation policy.
