College of Medicine Pathway Programs (formerly known as Pipeline Programs)

The College of Medicine Diversity Affairs offers programs and initiatives to support minority students interested in pursuing a career in medicine. 

The hard work and efforts of the COM Group on Diversity Affairs, Dean's Diversity Council, Office of Admissions and the Office of Graduate Medical Education has led to an increase in underrepresented in medicine students, residents and faculty. Underrepresented in medicine individuals in the College of Medicine currently represent 20% of the student body.
