Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship Faculty

Director's Message

Welcome to MUSC Pediatric Gastroenterology and thank you for your interest.  We are a young fellowship program, with our first fellow starting in July 2018.  Our children’s hospital is ranked #1 in South Carolina and our Pediatric Gastroenterology Program has been ranked in the top 50 for numerous years by USNWR.

Our children’s hospital has two new state-of-the art facilities: the R. Keith Summey Medical Pavillion for outpatient clinics and procedures which opened in April 2019 and Shawn Jenkins Children’sHospital which opened in February 2020.

As Program Director, my goal is to create a learning environment which allows our trainees to gain the expertise and skills needed to become excellent Pediatric Gastroenterologists. I encourage you to review our information and contact us with any questions. Don’t forget to explore our beautiful city of Charleston. With great food, amazing culture, and beautiful beaches, Charleston is a fantastic place to work and live!

Thanks,
