Diversity & Inclusion

“We are committed to creating an inclusive experience for the lives we touch.”

The department of OB/GYN at MUSC values a diverse workforce. Our mission is to train specialists to deliver high-quality, compassionate, accountable, and innovative care to the women of South Carolina, regardless of age or background.  In turn, we welcome residency applicants with a variety of backgrounds and lived experiences. We believe a diverse workforce fosters innovation, improves the patient-physician relationship, increases community engagement, and results in better health care. At MUSC, we serve a diverse patient population and are committed to health equity.
