  • Description: Graduate students in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology take turns presenting various workshop or science-related topics of their choice in an informal setting, followed by additional discussion over “happy hour”.

RNA Club

  • Location: Basic Sciences Building (BSB), Room 560
  • Schedule: The fourth Thursday of each month at 2 pm
  • Description: Faculty, postdocs, and students from all over MUSC meet to share data, discuss projects, review publications, and establish collaborations. Topics are centered on different aspects of RNA biology and posttranscriptional control of gene expression with a special emphasis on the role they play in the development of human disease.
